HiFi Pig is a well-established hi-fi news and reviews platform with a global audience and a publishing history spanning nearly 15 years. This project was a complete redesign of a large-scale website, focused not only on refreshing the visual identity but also on rebuilding and strengthening the entire backend infrastructure.
With over 11,000 blog posts, more than 110,000 images, and a subscriber base of 60,000 readers, the platform required a thoughtful and strategic approach. The goal was to modernize the brand on the front end while restructuring the backend to improve performance, organization, and scalability. Careful planning went into preserving legacy content, optimizing the database, handling the large media library efficiently, and ensuring seamless functionality across such a vast archive.
The new design elevates HiFi Pig’s authority in the hi-fi space while making content easier to navigate and more engaging to explore. The result is a faster, cleaner, and more future-proof platform that supports continued growth while respecting its rich publishing history.
